二、研究方向简介

研究方向为农产品采后生理与贮藏保鲜聚焦西南特色食品原料:名贵食用菌、杂粮、青藏高原特色农产品。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项、四川省教育厅重点项目1项、成都市技术创新研发项目1项、其他项目2项。发表第一作者/通讯作者高水平论文15篇(中科院一区7篇、二区5篇)中入选ESI高被引论文1篇、热点论文1篇。获授权发明专利1项,参编教材2部。担任多个SCI期刊审稿人包括:Food ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等。
