 个人简介:

    三级研究员,博士生导师。19809月至19848月在山西农业大学园艺系蔬菜专业本科学习;19849月至19878月在中国农业科学院特产研究所作物栽培与耕作专业攻读硕士学位;19957月至199912月在香港大学食品加工与保存专业攻读博士学位。19877月至19956月在中国农业科学院特产研究所工作,先后任实习研究员、助理研究员;19947月至199411月在加拿大圭尔夫大学园艺系访问学习;199810月至20048月在香港生物科技研究院中药部工作,先后担任部门经理、研究员;20049月至20051月在山西省农业科学院杂粮工程技术中心工作;20051月至今,在中国农业科学院作物科学研究所工作,任研究员、博士生导师;20083月至今任国家杂粮加工技术研发分中心(北京)主任;20111月至今任农业部国家食用豆产业技术体系加工岗位科学家;20153月至今任中国作物学会藜麦分会会长。
研究方向:
    作物种质资源品质评价
主要贡献:
    在食用豆、燕麦、荞麦、藜麦等杂粮作物品质成分鉴定及降血糖、提高免疫、抗氧化等品质特性评价方面取得一定成绩。截止201712月,以通讯作者发表SCI收录论文60篇、中文核心期刊论文34篇;授权专利9项;研发产品7个(已转让2个),完成成果鉴定(评价)2项(第一完成人);翻译译著1本,登记藜麦品种1个,制定粮食行业标准1项;培养及联合培养博士后1名、博士6名、硕士11名,指导进修、实习人员20余名。
